Registered Vault

1. The initial entropy E is obtained from Verification Key;

2. Based on E, generate a public-private key pair Pair;

3. Get a wallet address based on Pair;

4. Use this address as a stable salt value, and cooperate with privateVault's bytecode to deploy a private vault contract with a stable address;
